Parier Nigeria Limited (“Oyawin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) will treat the data Players (“You”, “Your”) provide as confidential and shall only use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process your personal information through your use of our website (the “site”) and your online account opened with us (the “Account”), to create your Account profile, to ensure security of the website and to enable you to use the products and the Account (collectively the “Services”). For the purposes of the Services, Oyawin is the data controller of your Personal Data.

We would also require your bank account details including your account name, bank name and bank account number and your account login details such as your personalized username and password. You may give us additional information that qualifies as Personal Data as part of your use of the Account and/or any of the Services.
Please note that your consent on this website includes processing of your data by our third party including your account balance, personal information, including your full name, date of birth, registered methods of deposit, contact information, contact records and details of past transactions and visits.

III. WILL OYAWIN DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
a. Making payments: Depending on which payment service you use; you may need to disclose your Personal Data or part of it to your payment provider. Note that the payment provider already has your Personal Data to provide you with the payment services and their use of any Personal Data disclosed by us will be regulated by the payment provider’s privacy policy.

We do not share any of your Personal Data with Facebook as the tools Facebook operates allows us to convert your email address to a unique identifier to match the unique identifiers Facebook generates from the email addresses of its users. We may also use third party analytics providers, including Google, to collect information about the usage of our Services and to enable us to improve how our Services work. Google Analytics and comparable providers use cookies (third-party cookies) and other similar technologies to collect information about the usage of our Services and to report website trends to us. Note that third party cookies will not be associated with your Personal Data as such they are pseudonymized. Also, the validity period for third party cookies varies. You can delete any existing cookies and/or alter your browser’s privacy settings, however, this will restrict your access to certain features on our website.

Oyawin will take all necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality of players’ information and impose strict restrictions on how our partners and third parties can use and disclose players’ information. Oyawin shall only be responsible for its obligations to you in relation to your Personal Data as the data controller under the applicable laws.

d. It is important for you to take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your account and your password. You should keep your password and any security questions confidential and use unconventional passwords comprising of figures, characters and alpha numeric keys which will be easy to remember the security of your Account relies on your protection of your password and security questions. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD. If you do share your password with a third party for any reason, the third party may have access to your account and your personal information, and you may be responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately and contact us right away.
e. Please desist from writing your passwords on paper or saving your password in the browser. Also, desist from leaving your mobile device or computer unsecured or unlocked.
V. OYAWIN COOKIE POLICY

VII. PROTECTION OF MINORS

X.TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE NIGERIA
a. Oyawin will transfer Player’s personal information abroad on any of the following conditions:
• Where consent has been obtained.
• Where the transfer is necessary to conclude a contractual obligation between Oyawin and a third party in the Player’s interest.
• Where the transfer is necessary to protect your vital interest.
• Where the transfer is necessary for reason of public interest.
• Where the transfer is for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
We will take measures to ensure that the transfer of personal data to third party suppliers and/or service providers, agents, advisors, or consultants to jurisdictions outside Nigeria are in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation and laws, and for the purposes set out in this policy. XI. GENERAL
Oyawin shall take no responsibility whatsoever for events beyond its control inclusive of, but not limited to, acts of god, or natural disasters, and including power cuts and strikes.
Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your Account. It may become necessary, at any time, for us to make modifications to this Privacy Policy and we will publish such modifications on the website. Continued use of the Services will be considered as your acceptance.
Such modifications will not impact your Account registration details unless required to the contrary by law.
